The short version

Who we are

DeLibra (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is published by Rafael Batyrbaev, an individual developer, who is responsible for your data under this policy. Contact: delibrasupport@raphbatte.com.

What stays on your Mac

DataWhat it is for
LibrasThe design-system files the app and your agents write: tokens, components, sections and descriptions. Kept in the data folder you pick (by default ~/DeLibra).
Project sourcesThe folders you point DeLibra at. They are read on your Mac to build a libra and are never uploaded by the app.
Settings and licence stateYour preferences, connected agents and trial or licence status, stored in the app's sandbox container.

This data is included in your Mac's own backups according to your settings, which Apple, not we, controls.

AI agents you connect

DeLibra runs a small MCP server on your Mac, reachable only from your Mac, so agents such as Claude, Cursor or Codex can read and write libras. The agent you connect may send what it reads to its own provider under that provider's terms and privacy policy. We don't receive any of it.

What leaves your Mac

Purchases: Apple

The trial and the licence are in-app purchases handled by the App Store. Apple processes the payment under the Apple Privacy Policy. The app checks the purchase with Apple on your Mac; we receive only Apple's aggregate sales reports, which don't identify you.

GitHub sync, if you turn it on

If you connect a GitHub account to sync a libra, the app talks to GitHub directly to read and push that repository. The data goes to GitHub under the GitHub Privacy Statement. It doesn't pass through us.

Feedback

If you send feedback from the app, we receive the message you write, whether it is a bug or a request, and the app and engine version. It is delivered by email to us through raphbatte.com and used only to answer you and improve the app. If you write to us by email, we receive your address and whatever you include.

App analytics: Google Analytics

To understand whether people start a trial, buy a licence, finish onboarding and keep using the app, DeLibra sends a small set of product events to Google Analytics (Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd.) using Google's Measurement Protocol. Events include things like app open, trial started, licence purchased or restored, and onboarding completed, plus the app version and an anonymous install id stored only on your Mac. We don't send your libras, source paths, file names, emails, payment details or the content of your projects. There is no advertising identifier and no cross-app tracking. Google keeps Analytics data for no longer than 14 months, the longest it allows. The app does not include a separate crash-reporting service today.

What we don't do

Legal bases (EEA, UK and similar laws)

This website

This section is about delibra.raphbatte.com only. The app uses a separate Google Analytics property from the website.

Website analytics: Google Analytics

To see how many people visit and which pages they read, the website uses Google Analytics (Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd.). It sets first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*) and receives the pages you view, the site that referred you, your browser and device type, and an approximate location at country or city level derived from your IP address. We don't use it for advertising and don't combine it with other data. Google keeps it for no longer than 14 months, the longest it allows. You can block it in your browser's cookie settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Server logs

Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser) for up to 30 days to keep the site running and secure.

Your rights

Everything the app keeps is on your Mac, so you can see, export or delete it yourself: remove the data folder, or delete the app. For anything we hold, such as feedback emails, write to delibrasupport@raphbatte.com to ask for a copy, a correction or deletion. Depending on where you live, you may also complain to your data protection authority.

Children

DeLibra is a developer tool and isn't directed at children under 13 (or 16 where that is the local age).

Changes

We'll post any change here and update the date at the top. Material changes are also noted in the app's release notes.
