Terms of Use

Last updated 28 October 2026

Agreement

DeLibra for Mac is licensed, not sold, to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to it. Where they conflict, Apple's agreement wins on anything it covers.

Trial and purchase

Your content

The libras you create, and the source code you point DeLibra at, are yours. We claim no rights in them and don't receive them.

The engine

The DeLibra engine inside the app is open source under the Apache License 2.0. Those terms apply to the engine code. The Mac app around it — the interface, the agent connectors and the licensing — is not open source.

AI agents and other services

DeLibra works with AI agents and services you choose, such as Claude, Cursor, Codex or GitHub. They are run by other companies under their own terms. We are not responsible for what they produce or for their availability. Check what an agent writes before you ship it.

Acceptable use

Use DeLibra only with code and designs you have the right to use, and don't use it to break the law or anyone else's rights.

No warranty and liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it will be error-free, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the licence. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country that can't be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll post the change here with a new date. Changes don't take away a licence you have already bought.
