Common questions
What do I need to use DeLibra?
A Mac with Apple silicon and a recent macOS, and an AI agent that supports MCP, such as Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor or Codex. The agent does the reading and writing; DeLibra shows the result and checks it.
How do I connect my agent?
Open DeLibra and follow the onboarding: it offers a one-click extension for Claude Desktop and a ready-made config for other agents. The app has to be running while the agent works, because the MCP server lives inside it.
Where are my libras stored?
In the data folder you chose on first launch (by default ~/DeLibra). Each libra is a folder of plain files you can open, copy or put under version control.
How does the trial work?
Start the 7-day trial in the app; it is free and needs no payment details. When it ends, your libras stay on your Mac. Buy the licence to keep using the app.
Is it a subscription?
No. It is a one-time purchase, $19.90 in the US, that covers the current major version and all its updates. See the Terms.
How do I restore my purchase on another Mac?
Sign in to the App Store with the same Apple Account, open DeLibra and choose Restore on the licence screen.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are too: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Does DeLibra upload my code?
No. Libras and sources stay on your Mac. The agent you connect works under its own provider's terms. See the Privacy Policy.
